Aaron Wimmer

Aaron Wimmer joined Panther in 2015 as a Bindery Operator and has advanced through several key roles, demonstrating strong leadership and operational expertise along the way. As Vice President of Operations and Strategy, he oversees daily operations across production, apparel, signage, and fulfillment. He also leads Panther’s marketing and sales alignment to support continued growth, along with Lean Manufacturing initiatives that drive efficiency and innovation.

Aaron holds a Master of Science in Administrative Studies from the University of South Dakota and completed his Lean Certification in 2021. He and his wife, Rebecca, live in Sioux Falls with their three children and enjoy family game nights, the outdoors, and traveling together.
