Tess Albright

Tess joined the Panther team in 2025, excited for a new opportunity. She believes a simple smile can set the tone for a welcoming and positive experience from the moment someone walks through the door.

Tess is always eager to learn. She credits Panther’s leadership team and supportive coworkers for providing an environment that encourages her to grow and take on new challenges, and she hopes to continue advancing within the company.
Tess earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Dakota and has continued her education through additional coursework and training in several different areas. Her wide range of interests reflects her curiosity and desire to continually expand her knowledge and skills.

Outside of Panther, she enjoys spending time with her partner and their rescue dog. Whether she is making a new friend, volunteering at a community event, or going on another adventure, Tess believes the best connections begin by making people feel welcome.
